THE search is on for the next chairperson of the Wessex Regional Flood and Coastal committee.
The Environment Agency is looking for a new person to take on the role which covers Somerset, Dorset, Bristol and areas of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Hampshire.
The new chairperson will play an important role in deciding on local priorities, approving programmes of work and supporting flood authorities in working with communities and other partners.
